Human Resources (HR) Recruiter & Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, screen top-tier talent, and support organizational growth across our corporate divisions. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates utilizing professional job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals. Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and shortlisted applicants. Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding documentation to ensure high candidate joining ratios. Requirements & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment (Agency or In-house corporate background). Excellent interpersonal, networking, and evaluation skills.
